The Koru pendant is about 15mm wide by 25mm tall and comes on a silver chain in a jewellery box. The Koru or curled fern is a symbol of new life and new beginnings. It is seen all over New Zealand in the cradle of new growth in the ubiquitous tree fern that adorns the landscape, and in Maori art as a symbol of new life, growth, strength and peace.
